Inventory & stock management<\/h2>\n

At any time, you can update your inventory and stock situations, which are connected to the registration module<\/a>. But of course you also like to know WHERE something lies. That's possible too! Each item may be assigned to a fixed location. This ensures that you always know where something should be located. The management of stock and bulk stock can be fully customised to your warehouse(s), economy, stacking carts, workboxes, vans, etc. What is\/was your stock situation on a certain date and what is\/was its current value? This stock module gives you a clear answer via the consultation screens.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n

Managing stock: how?<\/h2>\n

MIRA Software has set up four handy features for stock management, which will assist you in keeping your stock in the warehouse optimal at all times. Enter an order horizon and minimum stock per item once and the software will help you to remember when it is time to place an order with the supplier. This can be done for consumer goods, but also for consumables (bulk stock). Choose for the digitalisation of the administrative side with stock management software!<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. Order horizon<\/h4>\n

You will be notified when the order horizon is reached. It is a first warning that the stock is almost depleted.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Stock management & post-calculations<\/h2>\n

Efficient stock management results in transparent post-calculation. The functionality of locations is useful for post-calculations of construction sites, projects, training courses, etc. You know, for example, how many screws, bolts or nuts were used on a particular site or which employee needed the most safety goggles and gloves. MIRA Software not only allows you to manage stock, but also other administrative matters such as booking deliveries, following up the history of orders and checking on backorders are all possible by consulting the application.
