\nUsers of the MIRA platform
\nWhen we process personal data on behalf of our customers within the MIRA platform, we act as a data processor. In that case, the customer is the data controller.\n

\nIn principle, we do not process special categories of personal data, unless these are entered by customers themselves.\n

\nCustomer management and invoicing
\nTechnical support
\nSecurity and system monitoring

\nPlatform data: as long as the customer subscription is active
\nAfter termination of subscription: deletion within 90 days (unless legal obligations apply)
\nLog data: maximum 90 days
\nSupport tickets: maximum 24 months
\nBilling data: in accordance with legal obligations under Belgian law
\nBackups: rolling retention of maximum 90 days\n


\n7. Do we share personal data with third parties?
\nWe only share personal data where necessary for our services or to comply with legal obligations.
\nWe use carefully selected service providers, including hosting via Microsoft Azure (EU data centers).
\nData processing agreements have been concluded with these parties to ensure an appropriate level of protection.\n

\nPersonal data is, in principle, stored within the European Union.
\nIf personal data is processed outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, such as the use of Standard Contractual Clauses.\n
