Team spirit

Our team is close-knit and we know each other well. We communicate directly and keep an eye on each other’s work. If something could be done better, we simply say so. If someone is stuck, we sort it out together. We believe a healthy work-life balance is important. That’s why we regularly organise informal activities such as team-building events, sports afternoons and lunches.

Work environment

You’ll find MIRA in the quiet centre of Zele, where we practise a hybrid working model, with a preference for seeing each other regularly in the office as this makes collaboration easier. We often chat whilst working, but there’s also space to work in concentration when needed. Our recently refurbished office is designed with this in mind.

Growth

Perhaps our greatest asset! We have a proven track record of mentoring new team members. This mentoring is personalised and tailored to your role and your specific questions. There are no set courses or standard programmes – instead, you learn on the job whilst working on real projects. Continuous learning remains important afterwards too: we want to see everyone continue to grow in their role and we make sure there’s scope for that.
